SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and up to 6 weeks before shipping. All items are handmade by the designer, Aubrey Frey and majority of products will be made to order.
Although there should not be, in the case of a further delay, the customer will be notified via email provided at purchase.
DISCLAIMER
Please keep in mind, no two products will be 100% identical due to each individual item being made by hand in my home studio.
Fabric color is due to change slightly upon availability from suppliers/ discontinuation of fabrics or materials. Customers will be notified if there is a drastic change before fulfilling your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the case you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase from Aubrey Frey Apparel and wish to return it for a refund, returns will be accepted up to 14 days after delivery.
NOTE: There is a nonrefundable processing fee of 2.99%.
Exchanges will be accepted up to 14 days after delivery.
